PAYMENT POLICY - All orders must be prepaid. Poor Man Motorsports LLC accepts most major payment types.
CREDIT CARD POLICY - Poor Man Motorsports LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
SPECIAL ORDERS - Custom orders must be paid in full before shipping. Poor Man Motorsports LLC will make every attempt to order and expedite delivery of items manufactured by others, and is to be held blameless where those manufacturers fail to meet agreed upon deadlines.
Warranty - All parts sold by Poor Man Motorsports LLC are warranted by their respective manufactures. Warranty terms vary between manufactures. Poor Man Motorsports LLC does not warrant or claim to warrant any said product including but not limited to parts, labor, loss of time, loss of wage, loss of data, or any other loss of goodwill.
RETURNED GOODS - With prior permission, returns on product are welcome within 30 days from the date of delivery for refund to credit card or PayPal, Store Credit or Exchange. No refunds can be made after 90 days, no exceptions. All returns are subject to a restock fee if determined that product is not still able to be sold as brand new. Restocking fee will be determined by what it will cost to bring it back to a sellable status, determined by staff. See reasons for restocking fees below. A return number will be issued by email. No return will be accepted without return number. All returns must be received in brand new condition. Any return must be made before the product has been used. Modified parts cannot be returned for any reason. This includes painted, powder coated, grinding or welded. Tools and Special-Order Parts are NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstances. All returns are processed within 72 hours of receiving at the warehouse. No return will be accepted tell the item is returned to the warehouse. Tires or wheels are not returnable if mounted. They are considered used once they have been mounted. You may be required to provide the DOT number when returning tires.
DISCLAIMER - Poor Man Motorsports LLC products are intended for high performance use, and as such, are not legal in the state of California (and many other states) on pollution controlled motor vehicles driven on public streets or highways. The federal government and certain states have various laws that may prohibit the removal and/or modification of any part of the emissions systems on street driven vehicles. The purchaser assumes all responsibilities and liabilities as to how and where the product is used. In addition, Poor Man Motorsports LLC will not assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damages to any part of the engine or vehicle, caused by the use of Poor Man Motorsports LLC products. Installation of Poor Man Motorsports LLC products on a motor vehicle or engine may void, reduce or otherwise adversely affect any warranties given by the manufacturer or seller of the vehicle, engine or other component parts. Poor Man Motorsports LLC shall not be liable for any such adverse effect on such other manufacturers' or sellers' warranties. Poor Man Motorsports LLC cannot control how these products are used, or under what conditions they are used, or what applications they are used for, and therefore, will not be held responsible or liable in any way, shape or form, for any damages, monetary or otherwise, that could conceivably be caused by the products use. Your use, browsing and any purchase made on this Site is at your risk. Neither Poor Man Motorsports LLC nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site or its products is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, or purchase of any product from of this Site or Poor Man Motorsport LLC. Poor Man Motorsports LLC also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, you or your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from the Site or purchase of any Poor Man Motorsports LLC product. Any communication of material you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary.
