Shipping & Returns

Do to the supply chain issue of the last couple years we no longer doing order that we do not have in-stock. You can find the Current Stock just above the add to cart. If the part is not in-stock you will not be able to purchase the item. Will the exception of a few of are smaller vendors that we trust to give us accurate ship dates. We will email you with in 24-48 hours with a ship date and if it is two long of a wait we will be more than happy to cancel your order.

Returns Policy

With prior permission, returns on product are welcome within 30 days from the date of delivery for refund to credit card or PayPal, Store Credit or Exchange. No refunds can be made after 90 days, no exceptions. All returns are subject to a restock fee if determined that product is not still able to be sold as brand new. Restocking fee will be determined by what it will cost to bring it back to a sellable status, determined by staff. See reasons for restocking fees below. A return number will be issued by email. No return will be accepted without return number. All returns must be received in brand new condition. Any return must be made before the product has been used. Modified parts cannot be returned for any reason. This includes painted, powder coated, grinding or welded. Tools and Special-Order Parts are NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstances. All returns are processed within 72 hours of receiving at the warehouse. No return will be accepted tell the item is returned to the warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 
Tires and Wheels:
Tires or wheels are not returnable if mounted. They are considered used once they have been mounted. You may be required to provide the DOT number when returning tires. 
 
Reasons for Restocking Fees:
- Damage to original packaging
- Part missing
- Damaged, requires grease or oil removal, finger prints or minor damage to hardware

 

Manufacture Warranty:
Products must be returned to the manufacture for inspection, to determent the cause of failure, before an exchange can be processed. Modified parts may void the warranty, you will want to let us know if the parts have been modified in any way. In most case we will work with you and the manufacture to get this complete as quick as possible. It is completely up to the manufacture whether an exchange is possible. This process can take some time. 

Race cars don’t have warranties. If it is determined that the parts have been misused or abused the warranty can be void.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the lower 48 states. Additional shipping charges may apply to Hawaii and Alaska. Order over $100 dollars ship free. Flat rate fees apply to order under $100. Note that there are restrictions on some products such as but not limited to California restricted item. We do not ship international. If you are looking to ship international we can ship to third party shippers located in the US. But credit card must be a US address. 

When you place an order, items will usually ship with in 24 hours.

Some parts are truck freight. If the item is available to buy on are store the shipping has already been calculated into the price. Other parts may show a quote. Send us your information from the quote page and we will generally respond with in 24 hrs.
